We invite you to complete an application form. This is an initial way for Claro Family to gather information about your child and families' strengths and needs. It is also an opportunity for you to review our Terms of Service.
Next, a Family Support Consultant will connect to discuss potential services for your child and family. If the program sounds like a mutual fit, your child and family will be registered in our Claro Family Support Program. This may include behaviour consultation, behaviour intervention, and/or social skills groups as determined by an individualized support plan. In the event that caseloads are full, you will have the option to join our waitlist.
If you have previously worked with Emma Kusiak and/or Jaimee Bryce, and are wishing to transition to Claro Family with them, please click the same button below to be registered to their continuing caseload. We warmly welcome you to our community!
