Application & Admission Process
We welcome families who are interested in Claro to reach out to us. The application and admission process is designed to assess mutual fit, both the suitability of the Claro program for your student and family, and the suitability of your student and family for Claro. This process can take several weeks to several months.
Our goal is to create a respectful, supportive, and transparent experience for every family, regardless of whether the outcome is admission or a decline of service.

1. Initial Contact
Complete our web inquiry form (available November 2025). We will send you information about Claro. 2. Interested Family Form Complete our Interested Family Form and submit accompanying documentation (available November 2025). 3. Family Tour When a potential seat becomes available, families may be invited to join our Program Director for a tour of Claro. 4. Explore Claro Day Students may be invited to spend a day at Claro to explore the environment and program. 5. Decision Stage Based on the information gathered, one of the following decisions will be communicated:

Additional Information
Interest in Claro often exceeds available seats. Most families remain with Claro long-term, so availability is largely dependent on student transitions, such as program completion at the end of June. To manage high demand, the Program Director may close or pause applications at any point in the process.
Support Capacity
Claro is a small, relationship-based program with a carefully structured environment designed to support a wide range of learners. However, we are not able to offer intensive, individualized support beyond a 1:3 (Intermediate) and 1:4 (Senior) staff-to-student ratio. As such, Claro may not be the right fit for students who require a higher level of 1:1 or 1:2 support in the centre or the community. In these cases, we will do our best to provide referrals to other programs or services that may better meet a family's needs.
