Because uncomfortable conversations lead to healthy decisions

Sexual Health & Relationship Education

Does talking to your child about sex make you feel squirmy?
Claro Family is committed to empowering children and families with accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive sexual health and relationship information. We understand that open, meaningful, and inclusive sexual health and relationship conversations form the foundation for future healthy decision making.

It's never too early (or too late) to start the conversation about sexuality and relationships. Right now is the right time!

So much more than the birds and the bees!

Our Claro Family Sexual Health & Relationship Educator leads engaging lessons featuring interactive conversations, videos, stories, games, demonstrations and activities. Wiggles and giggles welcome! We build knowledge and comfort over successive sessions. Students develop their brave voices: taking risks, and asking questions. Students also learn how and where to access reliable resources in person and online.

Sessions are customized to the chronological and developmental age and stage of students. Lessons are developed and delivered in line with the learning standards set by the BC Ministry of Education and Our Approach.

Diverse needs are our specialty, but we don't discriminate! Neurodivergent and neurotypical children and youth welcome. No diagnosis needed.
