Haida brings a warm, compassionate, and heartfelt approach to her counselling and social work roles that is grounded in a strengths-based and person-centred framework. With degrees in Psychology and Education, a Master's in Clinical Social Work, graduate training in Special Education, and advanced training in Trauma Informed Practice, Haida offers a unique lens to supporting neurodivergent children, youth and complex families. Drawing on her rich and diverse experiences, Haida works collaboratively from an integrative and holistic perspective to establish a nurturing environment for healing, resilience, and growth in the context of family, and community.
It doesn't matter where you are starting, Haida will meet you where you are. Then gently walk beside you on your journey to a safe, secure, and connected relationship with yourself, your family, and your community.
